Use BeatBuddies to play music with people in a room. Do not use it to distribute music you have no right to distribute. We run it as well as we can but cannot promise it never breaks.
You need an account to start a party. You do not need one to join a party, and you never will — though after ten minutes as a guest we ask you to make one. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
Every new account gets a three day trial. One trial per person: signing up again with the same mailbox written differently lands on the same account. After the trial, starting parties needs a subscription; joining someone else's stays free.
You can delete your account at any time from the delete account page.
You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live. If you are under 13, please do not create an account.
Files you upload. You keep every right you already had. You are telling us you are allowed to play that file to the people in your party. Uploaded files are deleted when the party ends, and parties end automatically.
Music you search for. Search results come from Audius, an independent music service. That audio is streamed from them under their terms, is never stored by us, and cannot be downloaded through BeatBuddies.
Do not use BeatBuddies for public performance, broadcast, or anything commercial without the licences that would require.
Do not try to break it, overload it, or get at other people's parties. Automated access, scraping, or attempts to work around the limits will end your access.
BeatBuddies is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, that sync will be perfect on every device, or that no party will ever be interrupted. Phones, networks and browsers vary enormously and some of that is outside anyone's control.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using the service.
You can stop using BeatBuddies at any time and ask for your account to be deleted by emailing adanimeshdhara45@gmail.com. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date above changes and anyone with an account is told by email.
